By using BlinkNote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BlinkNote provides temporary note creation, sharing, and tracking functionality, including optional security controls such as passcodes, expiry windows, and burn-after-read behavior.

3. Accounts

Credential security

• You remain responsible for actions performed using your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BlinkNote for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including:

• malware delivery, phishing, scams, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts.

Unlawful content

• content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights.

Service abuse

• attempts to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.

5. Content responsibility

You retain full responsibility for the content you create and share using BlinkNote, and you confirm you have rights to share that content. BlinkNote is a delivery platform and does not assume responsibility for user-submitted content.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality.

7. Pricing and future paid features

BlinkNote is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features in the future with clear notice of pricing and terms before purchase.

8. Intellectual property

BlinkNote branding, software, design elements, and service materials are owned by BlinkNote or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to users.

9. Disclaimer

BlinkNote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we apply security controls, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation. You should not rely on BlinkNote as your sole system for highly sensitive or regulated data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlinkNote is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify BlinkNote against claims resulting from your misuse of the service, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.
