BlinkNote provides temporary note creation, sharing, and tracking functionality, including optional security controls such as passcodes and expiry windows.

You agree not to use BlinkNote for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities, including:

• Malware delivery, phishing, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts.

• Attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

5. Content responsibility

You retain full responsibility for the content you create and share using BlinkNote. You confirm you have the rights to share such content. BlinkNote is a delivery service and does not assume responsibility for user-submitted note content.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability, security, or compliance.

7. Fees and plans

Paid features, where applicable, are governed by plan terms shown at purchase. Pricing and plan features may change prospectively.

8. Disclaimers

BlinkNote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we apply security controls, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not guarantee suitability for storing or transmitting highly sensitive information. Use of BlinkNote for highly sensitive data is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlinkNote is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator’s jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
